The role of the covers: a unique opportunity
Unlike traditional cover positions, our programme provides a full rehearsal period of the same duration as the main cast. This guarantees comprehensive and professional preparation of the role. The programme includes:
Intensive language and vocal technique sessions
Recitative workshops with Maurizio Muraro
Participation in the chorus during the Festivalโs official performances
The debut: school performance
The pinnacle of this journey will be a full performance of The Marriage of Figaro, entirely staged with orchestra at the Teatro Da Ponte. This special performance will be dedicated to local school students, offering the covers the thrill of a professional debut and fulfilling the Festivalโs mission to bring great opera to the new generations.
